How do you update the system when a student leaves the academy/club?

The first step is to key in the end date for the class enrolment. This step will update the attendance registers and if the fees are set up at the class level, the invoices will reflect the end date of the student. If the student has subscriptions, key in an end date for the subscription. After the end date and once the accounts have been settled for the student, the student can be archived from the system
